Description
Commissioned by a friend. He really loves water pokemon. We were supposed to add Politoed in but decided not to last minute. I doesn't look like a rain team without the toad tho. 
Mega Blastoise was soo much fun to draw. those big cannons are so cool.
The back ground was heavily inspired by Pokemon XY's Santalune Forest
